Things to Consider When Redirecting Your Domain Name

Before redirecting your domain name, you need to consider what effect it will have

Do you have a Shopify account?

If you have your domain name as part of your Shopify account, you may need to follow the below instructions for how to reconnect it after the transfer is complete.

Do you have a Custom Email with your domain name?

You will need to get the MX records from your registrar and enter them into the Advanced Section of your Artist Site Builder. Email with Custom Domain

Do you have Google as your domain registrar including an email?

You need to contact RR support and let them know that you want to redirect to your artist URL and that you use Google for your domain registration and your email using your domain name. Like fans@stinkbug.com if your artist URL was stinkbug.com. (Note to RR support: See the Confluence article titled "Brand Domain issues".
